Icon Stencils
UI and wireframe line icons from Lucide, grouped by category, straight onto the canvas. Pick a category such as Layout, Arrows, Text formatting or Devices, or search every icon, then drag one onto the board or click to add it in view, where repeated clicks line up in rows. Choose a size, a colour and a stroke width, and add a name label. Icons keep their proportions and stay sharp when zoomed.
Icon Stencils
Every Lucide line icon, one drag away from your Drawdy board. Use them to wireframe screens, sketch interfaces and make diagrams readable at a glance.
What it's for
- Wireframes and UI sketches: menus, arrows, text formatting, devices, file types, accounts and more, all in one consistent line style.
- Flows and diagrams that need clear, simple symbols.
- Easier-to-read boards: an icon next to a note or a heading helps people find things fast.
How to use
- Click the Icon Stencils button on the right of the board.
- Pick a category: the ones most used for UI work come first (Layout, Arrows, Text formatting, Shapes, Accounts & access, Devices, File icons), then every other Lucide category. Or type in the search box; press
/to jump to it. - Drag an icon onto the board and let go where you want it. Or click it to add it in the middle of your view; more clicks line icons up in rows instead of stacking them.
- In the search box, press Enter to add the top result.
Options
- Size: S, M, L or XL, from 32 to 256 board units.
- Line weight: Thin, Regular or Bold.
- Label: also add the icon's name, centred under it and grouped with the icon so they move together.
- Colour: Ink (the board's foreground colour), four Drawdy colours, or any colour you pick.
Tips
- Your last 12 icons stay in a Recent row, and the palette remembers your options.
- Icons are vector images, so they stay sharp however far you zoom in.
Privacy
- The icons download from jsDelivr as you scroll. Nothing you draw or type is sent anywhere.
- Your recent icons and options are saved in this browser, so they are the same on every board you open here.
